The company as a whole is a nice place to work and learn as a professional but be wise to choose your Department and Project.

Dislikes

For Design Managers, there's no work-life balance. You are expected to take work calls on literally all weekly off and eventually end up working the whole day. You literally have to beg your manager to take leaves for more than 3 days and a lot of micromanaging that happens internally, which might end up creating a toxic environment after a point.

They treat employees like shit. Never pay on time and pay one month's salary in 3 months and expect employees to spend from their pockets. They don't pay epf for months and bonus dues for years (which is btw deducted form employees salary itself). They overwork architects in the name of deadlines that don't even matter in the end and don't even compensate for it. Their branding is all a facade. Everything. Right from office environment to work culture. They never pay salaries to anyone on time. I was lucky enough to leave the office within a time span of 3.5-4 months. The senior officials are extremely partial and a lot of favouritism runs in the office. The VP design behaves as if the company has bought the employee. Expect to work 24x7 and when it comes to pay the salary, it gets credited after a good delay of 2-3 months and that too only by giving countless calls to HR and payroll manager. The company is also known the delete negative feedback on their social media handles. When it comes to design, it does look good from outside but its actually one and the same thing that is repeated in all their projects. Same unit plans in different different projects. Projects run for years and years and all the deadlines that seniors generate are nothing but pointless as the cant execute anything on time. I posted a negative review on google reviews and one of their employees tries to argue with me regarding the same. Guess the staff cant handle the truth. Frankly speaking, please DONT WORK AT THIS OFFICE as there is very little to learn and a lot to lose. The higher officials will make sure you dont have a personal life and also ruin your financial stability. Office premises look good from outside and its all a mess from inside.
