It's an medium sized company working certain projects from US and UK. It's a good company if you want to start your career but there is no work and life balance. You need to work work and just work. Sometimes the overtime extends upto 24 to 25 hours. usually working time is around 9 hours but everyday extends upto 12 hours for whichyou will not be having any kind of pay. Technology and the technical skillsets that the leads have. Very supportive and motivating team teams. Technical support given at every point. On sites team leads are very cooperative, during visits as well as remote.

Management keeps changing due to which. Compensation is real bad, they have thier own market research which is never shared to employees. Therfore no annual hikes given,where as during joining, had promised for biannual appraisals. Regular power cuts, office infra needs improvement.
