Only thing that it's a Japanese based organisation and therefore, had timely disbursement of bonus, benefits and salaries.

Work culture - especially for ladies only because although being Japanese organization, it had ultimately judgemental environment for females. Partial behavior- for favorites. Most importantly, appraisals and bonus were based on partial decisions made by Indian director level. Example, bonus from Japan was sent to India for all employees @ 3 salaries per employee but it was cut short to 1 salary or 2 salary based on biased decisions for favorites....Read More
