If you want to join this company its good for learning , And expirence, you will learn all department skill like Hr,purchase,production, Quality, Store incharge,Packing Incharge, Maintinance Dept Etc

no job security any time you terminate or discontinue by the hr and manager , Working time is 11 hr but you have to do 12 hr plus without any exra pay. no canteen availble .

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
