Work Details

I was assigned responsibility of Project management as and Assistant manager, I had to take care of the timelines and achieve it without fail. The job was really challenging as apart from the timelines I had to plan for the operations & submissions.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
