I am working in Pune location. As businesses point of view company is having great area to develop infrastructure.

Dislikes

Working for almost 3.5 Y, there is no work recognition in appraisal process ; only policy are there for promotion. There are so many policies made by organisations to only trap the employee in company. They also practice some illegal practices of anti poaching to trap employees. This indicates the mindset of management towards employees. I had a worst experience in the company.

Only positive thing is job Security. Managment will give you so much resposibilities that you can't able to balance personal and professional life.

Dislikes

Nothing great. As you have to handle all the things on site. You are the safety, Quality, Store, Finance and procurement engg. for the all site work.

My personal experience: my senior was diagnosed with COVID-19. so all the site/ office load was on me. but In this situation, all my seniors always helped me to tackle every situation mentally as well as on-site. they gave me enough time to get tested & be in quarantine as I was in contact with my senior. Learned a lot in the initial phase of my carrier.
