Being a part of CGD business and learning the aspects of CGD. The company culture was great. Organizing sports events, Training sessions is good

Salary is very less as compare to market. The salary gaps are also unjustified. Appraisal rate is also less

Work culture is terrible, No work life balance have to work in shifts (including night shift) which is not disclosed at the time of joining, working on Saturday abd Sunday also without any extra payment. No overtime facility but have to aork extra on daily basis until work is not completed. frequent transfer at remote location without consent and without any additional facilities or hike in salary. No appriciation at all by the management no matter how much you hace done for the company, The highr management in Pune office is very rude and highly unprofessional with men & women both. They insult everyone and also harrase mentally. Also there is no HR policy for employee batterment.
