Poor work environment Political issue , seniors blaming on juniors No work life balance No increment satisfaction, whose fully dedicated to company work and in favor of organisation. Management is too poor. Always senior pass his work to his juniors. Growth is not too good.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
