I am working in Pune location. As businesses point of view company is having great area to develop infrastructure.

Dislikes

Working for almost 3.5 Y, there is no work recognition in appraisal process ; only policy are there for promotion. There are so many policies made by organisations to only trap the employee in company. They also practice some illegal practices of anti poaching to trap employees. This indicates the mindset of management towards employees. I had a worst experience in the company.

1) Lowest salary among all City Gas companies without any yearly bonus 2) Management does not like any feedback for improvement, Executive Director HR always threatens employee with sacking in case they request for any benefit. Nothing to like about in this company except that you get your salary on last working day 1. Job security: There is no job security,many of employees got fired due to ego clashes with seniors. 2.Intigrity: Management asks his employees to follow his integrity policy,even they will fire you whenever you will take any gifts from contractor,but they themselves not follow the same,They distribute gifts in govt offices. 3.Timings: There is strict timing to come office but you will have to work after 6:30 in the evening. 4. GA heads will torcher you by taking interviews without any reason,they just showing off that you know nothing.Actually GA heads have strong ego issues. 5.Even they fire GET's . 1. If you are working in State capital GA's like Jaipur, Chennai then you can learn & lot. Your exposure will be good. 2. Lot's of learning materials are available. 3. Job Security. 4. 1. Their CTC itself a big scam, they'll deduct quarterly/Diwali bonus from your monthly salary & give it to you as a quarterly (once in three months) & Diwali bonus. 2. No food for employees. Only tea/coffee you can expect, please don't expect biscuits. 3. No cab facilities for home to office pickups. 4. Very Low salary. (This point is not for AGM's & above) 5. No takeaway festival gifts. 6. No laptops for Executives. 7. If an experienced person leaves a job, they won't recruit new experienced employees suddenly. Nepotism Favourism Corruption Daily threats to terminate No transparency in appraisal Specially in CR PR department hopelessness and toxic environment, typical Lala culture. Prakash Sajnani ED is a big duffer and curropt person who speaks abusive language to his team openly. If someone objects he is transferred to Chennai or loseshis job. There are two persons in line who are being targeted and will be fired. His GM Asit Srivastava on his behest blackmail his team . He is the one who doesn’t do anything and takes credit of all good works done by his team. He favours some people just because he is associated with them for long . He had no knowledge of Public relations. He just know distribution of money to government officials and political parties. He had Sajnani had earned lakhs of rupees in land purchases Govind Rathore is another who had been promoted just because he is close to Sajnani. Only positive rating is given by those who are Manger or above it because they are heavily overpaid. Executives and GETs are paid very less. Staff also talks with employee in rude manner.
