Company hired bosses instead of leaders. Fully time politics started b/w new bosses and old hard-working employees. New bosses want to replace old employees with new chatu employees. Company revenue goes down every month due to worst decisions of new bosses.

No quality system implementation. No one even cares to implement it. Outdated machines, untrained employees including HoDs, No market complaint, no deviation logged. They don't even think of including quality culture. The appraisal are very poor. Management is worst. No standard policy or system.
