It's a technical product which offers good scope for learning latest technologies

Dislikes

The company donot value employees. They do not collect information from right channels and go by page 3 news. It's a school culture which is prevalent and people will feel suffocated with it. The management is a useless one and they don't care about Indian operations in particular due to the fact that Indians if given a chance may eat away their jobs in Swiss.

As the products are based on the latest technologies in the market, for people who intend to learn/ work on new technologies, it will be good

Dislikes

The top management lacks knowledge and clarity on Indian market which lead to non profitable business and layoffs.Also, there is lack of trust and they always rely on wrong people for decision making, which makes their decisions go wrong and in the process employees have to pay penalty in terms of their job. The increments are also bad.

As the company is from Europe,people working in head office has an insecured feeling about Indians. They will not allow Indians to perform well. They keep running away from facts and rely majorly on page 3 news in order to take crucial decisions.
