In this company working culture is worst, lake of team work, only profit motive company. In this company has lake of professional attitude, managment talking language is not professional, no motivation, lake of team work. In case of death of employee at the time his woking there is no humanity attitude in management, No compensationpolicy in this company. There is no on job training for freshers. Managment is incapable to guide the collegues.Leave availed by company to employees but management is not approve your leave in timely manner to plan your holidays.
