Wonderful place to boost your carrier. I have been working here for more than a year now, my team is very supporting. At the time of joining, I was bit skeptical if I'm joining right place for carrier, but Topsource turned out to be my best decision.

People jugde you on your personal life, they are more interested in who you are talking to in office. Your work means nothing here unless you keep quite and listen to unfair things. If you do try to stand up for yourself and say it's unfair, you get threatened saying that it will affect your appraisal. No matter how much you fight, in the end these people will make you loose confidence in yourself and make you think that you are wrong. Girls be aware, don't go here, people will comment about your clothes, your body, if you talk to your male colleague, they will spread rumors about you. Apologies, but I didn't like the work culture. Too much of politics. Which even the HR's are aware of but no action taken.Specially the accounts team is worse to work with. No work-life balance.No job security. Totally biased finance co-ordinator (Mrs Smita Mundale) who knows to play very well internal politics. Appreciate her talent.

Everything. This company doesn't provide support to its employees. No criteria of work appraisal. No standard sop is set to follow. Only expectation is to dump work on people and they showcase the higher level managers are efficient. Only want credits for sitting and warming the seats from the clients on weekends working. Very few people would actually want to help. Making people wait after shift timings and no sick leave policy. Irrelevant suggestions provided on request of leave if the employees are unwell. Managers are approachable. Work culture is good. Free fruits & tea (not machine made) . Flexible shit timing. No formal dress code. Multiple cultural activities, growth opportunities, etc.

No Cab facility. No hybrid work, parents are not covered in medical insurance.

There is nothing to like about this company. This company is well known for Hire n Fire in market.

Dislikes

Everything, specially undergraduate and forged degree holders working at a leadership level for over a decade with no hope of developing or exploring. On the other had pulling legs of more deserving people. These people can go to such low level impacting client and the company to prove someone is not right or someone doesn't know something.
