I can'e believe I landed my first job in such an amazing organisation. For a fresher, the pay is also good and I feel like this job is just perfect for me. Hr and other management heads are also very professional and always ready to help the employees when need to be.

The only thing to like about this company is that you learn a lot. Not because of great training or mentoring, but due to bring thrown in the deep end without any support. You learn to find solutions on your own.

Lack of leadership, knowledge from lieutenants has made the life of the commander very difficult. Whoever has good intentions regarding the company will always find it very difficult to survive here as knowledge and skills are considered as threats by some people who make sure you don't last much longer.
