My colleagues are super fun and quiet skilled, Toppr supports employee learning so provides for tuition and is very open to tech change decisions and keeps it open for anyone to join any team and start contributing.

As a developer sometimes when we are working in cross organisation project have to give too many KTs and we dont even receive a postman collection from their side 😅

I like the payouts they offer for an employee. And most dislike: No one is there in management who is ready to help the person who is working at ground level. Everyone just seeking for their job security only. For that they fire the actual person who is really hard working or even i would like to say that the piller of the company. No one is there in the management (upto AVP or VP level) who is ready to help the person who is working at ground level. Everyone just seeking for their job security only. For that they fire the actual perso who is really running day in and out to raen the money for the company or even i would like to say that the piller of the company. Specially in T vertical AVP is useless he doesn't know anything about edtech or education sales he came here with the reference of VP and just doing fun here.. At the time of Verticalization he promised us that he will arrange for the lead sourse but this was not his cup of tea as he is not even aware about toppr product and about lead source generation.
