I was in Bhopal branch for 3 months as an academic counselor and Trust me, only thing that you get here is money and that is on one condition,if you are really really consistent in your job role. If you are self driven, ambitious and if you don't worship money then you must not join toppr anyway, if you have ideas for productivity then your ideas can't be executed because your senior ego is greater than that. I felt for good money at first but when I joined, something was not told at first and that was if you take a leave, your two day salary would be cut down. I was an academic counselor. My responsibilities was to call the given leads everyday,tell them about toppr,set meetings and go to their house to sell toppr product.

Well its a hardcore sale. You need to travel daily. Well, If u r good with buttering toppr bhopal might suit you well(Don't really know about other branches) Top management is absolutely mediocre and with IITians handling sales u can't expect much. Dear toppr every functional head need not be an IITian, You are under utilising talent in your organisation. Top management's bias. General manager operates the organization like proprietary firm. Top management or people sitting in Bombay offices are least bothered to speak to academic consultants one on one. Extremely disappointing way of functioning. No free flow of information, just one way communication.
