Overall it's a good company. Team mates are supportive. Job security is not there

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I worked in XBRL Process in that company 10 months I had faced lot of issues in that organisation due poltics from bottom to top level management i noticed that regional feelings like Tamil and Telugu and Hindi, Tamil (local) people dominated to othe state people, if we show case our skills at them definitely management terminate our due that <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> No job security especially other state people</mark> Horrible torcher like over duty 15 hours, no extra paid for freshers Team meetings going in Tamil language only don't use English, they give much importants for Tamil One guy is there his name Vasanth (QC) Team his danger person be careful if anyone join in that company I don't recommend this company out of tamil people I lost my career due to join this company, please don't join this company...Read More
