There are some important life skills I've learnt at TopHire. A sense of urgency, ownership, clarity of thought, are some of the most important ones apart from the learning curve I've experienced. I have been able to push myself to do better because I have seen the kind of results we are able to generate if we go the extra mile. The environment is supportive and encouraging, and I have utmost regard for the people I've worked with so far, since we're all collaborative. It creates an open culture and I know I voice my opinion to the team. The work at tophire is exhilarating; the compensation structure is definitely higher than the standard once you start growing. As a small startup, we need to push ourselves and that's exactly what's required at TopHire. It's nothing different than what another small startup wouldn't expect. They encourage us to learn relevant skills and build knowledge in our work, The team is tech-savvy, which helps us to be productive and prioritize our energy and time. The product built by the teach team is amazing as it streamlines the process.
