There are some important life skills I've learnt at TopHire. A sense of urgency, ownership, clarity of thought, are some of the most important ones apart from the learning curve I've experienced. I have been able to push myself to do better because I have seen the kind of results we are able to generate if we go the extra mile. The environment is supportive and encouraging, and I have utmost regard for the people I've worked with so far, since we're all collaborative. It creates an open culture and I know I voice my opinion to the team. The work at tophire is exhilarating; the compensation structure is definitely higher than the standard once you start growing. As a small startup, we need to push ourselves and that's exactly what's required at TopHire. It's nothing different than what another small startup wouldn't expect.
