Working with Top Syringe Manufacturing Co Pvt Ltd Mumbai is not satisfactory. The salary is not paid in time it is paid after 3 to 4 months. There is no salary hike or bonus. Company policy is not satisfactory.

It's a constant battle to receive the hard-earned money that rightfully belongs to the employees. First and foremost, the company has a habit of delaying salary payments by an astonishing two months. Every month, employees have to continuously remind the management to release their salaries. This not only creates financial strain and uncertainty but also shows a complete lack of respect towards the hard work put in by the employees. Furthermore, the internal politics within the company are simply unbearable. The management seems to thrive on fostering a blame game environment among departments, leading to a toxic work culture. Instead of encouraging collaboration and teamwork, employees are pitted against each other, hindering productivity and progress. To make matters worse, the directors of Top Syringe Manufacturing Pvt Ltd clearly lack the basic knowledge and skills required to run a company effectively. Their incompetence results in countless project delays, primarily due to financial issues. Nothing to like. If you are jobless then only join this company otherwise don't join it. Most chutiyastic company u will ever see. They don't do salaries for 2-3 months. And the production manager is 10th pass who doesn't have any technical knowledge will make fun of u. All the machines are too old like they are using from last 50 years and still they will expect more production from you. No growth, no increment, even not a yearly bonus. And one more quality manager is there, he don't know how to use vernier or air gauge and he will give you advice like how to improve product quality....Read More
