Horrendous & toxic Work culture. Absolutely zero job security. The VP of the company was so obnoxious and impatient that he threatened TL's and ATL's to issue them PIP within 15 days of joining the company. 12-16 hours shift. blood sucking company. weekly off was deemed as a luxury. zero personal life. had to get up early in the morning and remain available and responsible for escalations and remain awake on filthy, lousy WhatsApp group where the VP used to troll and abuse everyone in the group every single minute just like an unsatisfied woman who wanted to moan every single minute....Read More

Absolutely horrible management, Typical Gujju/marwadi company. knows how to suck the blood of its employees. was working for 16-17 hours daily. VP was so obnoxious he created the same mess he created in his last company. absolutely draining experience. pointless meetings with 20-30% growth expected every single month. No weekly off system. work off was considered as a privilege. upper management openly abused and ridiculed middle mgmt in front of its subordinates. no respect, funny part was some team leaders were threatened to be on PIP within 15 days of joining???. every single minute had to check Cranky VP's messages on whatsapp where he ridiculed everyone and wanted answers every minute of every hour and if we didnt respond to his message he treated us like dirt in every meeting....Read More

I have worked in this company for 8months as a team lead would say the management is real pathetic,brainless this company is just behind making profit. This company will go down on any level for money they started skinnsi as a startup in the month of August 2021 and still they are not aligned roaming in the startup zone and practicing business. They terminated 44 employees on the spot just to showup the investors that they are making good profits but they do not have bandwidth of employees so they are seeking for Series C funding. What about the 44 house who had to bear with the sudden loss? Would not suggest anyone to work here where the root of the plant is weak and premature how can the fruits on the tree survive...Read More

This company will go down on any level just for the sake of business and money. In the month of Feb they terminated 44 employees from toothsi and skinnsi in total just to show up the investors that the company is making good profit but they do not have much employees to work and this happened for Series C funding. What about the 44 houses who had to bear with this sudden loss? Brainless immature management who has no stand for anything their policies keep changing everyday. Skinnsi will be drown very soon with the help of the Associated AVP who is just making money eating peoples job and growing his esops and stake in the company. A manager from a sales company got the opportunity of being a director in skinnsi and in just 5 months got promoted to AVP 😂. After you fill out the form after giving 2 to 3 rounds of interview, she will just simply start ghosting you. Won't pick up your calls and won't reply on messages. No respect for the people who are being interviewed. Seems the company with most unethical culture. Will also tell you to join within 15 days ditching your current employers. Hardly does salary negotiations as well. Their salary is fixed for role before hiring. In short company offers very unethical hiring process and has no respect for new comers....Read More

Everyone will agree with toothsi management is not good but the bond between TL and counseler is Excellent and bond with councellor where so good as it feels it's our second home as we have good bonds as we use to come office by 10and leave by 10 it's 12 hrs job and due to friends motivation we use to stay and work for long hrs

Continuous appointments from 8am to 8pm without break, just 2 hours in between appointments in which you have to do the scan and then immediately travel to the next location, no Time for lunch or snack break.
