DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY !!! Join Zomato or Swiggy as delivery boy instead, at least youll get money for that.. here they make you deliver things from one end of the city to another with your own bike and fuel..

your day starts from 8 AM (thats right).. and sometimes end at 11 PM..Worked here for 18 months. earlier salary and incentive structure was good. then they reduced the incentives to almost 0. worked here for 18 months. In those 18 months salary was never credited on time. At least 1 week delay in salary always happened. Incentives got delayed by 2 weeks minimum.. sometimes 3 weeks. Your Team leader or manager will not be able to help you in this. HRs are pathetic here, never gotten a reply on mail or call back.. and now that I have resigned, its been 3 months and I still havent gotten my FnF or relieving letter. NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL.. The only "okay" thing about Toothsi is salary and job timings.

There are a lot of bad things about toothsi. The worst thing is the management. I literally don't see work culture difference between byjus and Toothsi. I was from toothsi Pune and I had the worst TL. He only wants to talk in sales and numbers, he would not respect you otherwise, gives illogical and immature solution to your problems. he is not going to help you at all in your sales. He himself has Literally zero knowledge about the product and the process. very less experience. He just gives hollow motivation from quotes and pressurize everyday. that's it. If you perform well he takes all the credit of your sale if you don't perform well he will put the whole blame on you. If you tell them about your problems or reasons of your Less numbers and stand for yourself, he takes it personally and put you in PIP. partiality has always been there. Instead of helping week and average performers, they try to pressurize them and eventually kick out of the company. they would treat you nicely only if you don't give them numbers<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
