DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY !!! Join Zomato or Swiggy as delivery boy instead, at least youll get money for that.. here they make you deliver things from one end of the city to another with your own bike and fuel..

your day starts from 8 AM (thats right).. and sometimes end at 11 PM..Worked here for 18 months. earlier salary and incentive structure was good. then they reduced the incentives to almost 0. worked here for 18 months. In those 18 months salary was never credited on time. At least 1 week delay in salary always happened. Incentives got delayed by 2 weeks minimum.. sometimes 3 weeks. Your Team leader or manager will not be able to help you in this. HRs are pathetic here, never gotten a reply on mail or call back.. and now that I have resigned, its been 3 months and I still havent gotten my FnF or relieving letter. NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL.. Now that their product is not getting sold they're firing employees in bundles.. Don't fall for their job description.. work in BYJUs instead....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
