After you fill out the form after giving 2 to 3 rounds of interview, she will just simply start ghosting you. Won't pick up your calls and won't reply on messages. No respect for the people who are being interviewed. Seems the company with most unethical culture. Will also tell you to join within 15 days ditching your current employers.
