Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Self-ego satisfaction HODs are there who are using juniors for their benefits. They are judging your performance against your personal services. They are going to change their firm name, but this is not changing your bad image if you not making strong employee's favorable policies. there is NO HR for making healthy work environment.Company needs Politician does not engineer or manager.
