Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. Management was good but meaning less if you do not feel employee as assets of the company.

Self-ego satisfaction HODs are there who are using juniors for their benefits. They are judging your performance against your personal services. They are going to change their firm name, but this is not changing your bad image if you not making strong employee's favorable policies. there is NO HR for making healthy work environment.Company needs Politician does not engineer or manager.
