Nothing at all. Only few employees are there who is nice. And 1 manager who have shown some humanity and concern when needed.

Everything Managers working there except 1 manager who have some humanity and shown concerns when few employees were terminated or laid off. They have put my confirmation on hold so they can immediately take actions on lay offs and we can't even take stand or use laws. They have put my confirmation on hold for 2 months and then told us this is your last day... company is downsizing. There is no incentives plans. They do not keep their words. No proper offer letter format. No appointment letters they provide No salary increment after completion of probation.
