Sardar ji, stop sending messages in the night hours in your so called official group of school. Your school has female staff too.. shame on you, message are coming late night.. do you have any right to send the messages after the school hours? no.. not acceptable in your language. Whatever has to be done, do that in writing in school hours only and teach yourself and your employees to work in school hours only. Stop calling the teachers or other staff members on Sunday as well.. that is the culture of your school.. most unprofessional director you have in your school. It is not a hero or Maruti... all are educated here and if not, then may be you do not have the art to hire the teachers....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
