They are highly inhuman . They just trap the candidates showing good salary but the working conditions are worst there. They keep the original documents of candidate to blackmail him and force to work as per there inhuman terms and conditions. School gives an appointment letter which nothing but a tool to trap the teachers and boundthem to work with the school. Not a single clause in the appointment letter in in favour of candidate. Worst timing. Teachers will be switch if management will not improve their timings for teacher approx 3-4 hours are being waste on teachers part. This is exploitation and totally nonsense.
