I have to do work like a CHA agent. When vessel comes in dock i have to do all necessary documents clearance by port office. After that i have to present in dock (day/night) when cargo despatch from port with rake train. After that i have get clearance

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
