My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. working environment at TJSB around permanent employees are terrible. no professionalism at all. my experience was worse. they should stop treating trainee like home servant's. they need to maintain some healthy respectful environment with coworkers and colleagues.
