Not dislike but I will appreciate if they can make more from the experience I have for several years. They should attempt to do this. I have written two books which they should use.

Politics in branches downs the morale of employees. If your superiors doesn't want you in branch/dept, they will just transfers you far ..sometimes away from your hometown.Salary and increment are very low.
