Likes

Every initiative taken by Tjori clarifies to me how much it cares for its employees. It extends programs that are the best for their mental health and peace. When I feel good, I'm able to work well. This reflects majorly in my performance. The better I perform, the bigger reward I get.

Dislikes

I love that rewards are given when employees give good output. But there should be varieties in the gifts offered like coupons and vouchers.

From starting in June 2023 till now, I've covered a long path at Tjori. I remember my performance then and the improvement I've made throughout this time. From good to great, I have enhanced my abilities. The guidance given by the team lead has helped me focus on major and minor details. Tjori is a workplace with an engaging environment. In any office, it is vital to work and give output. But here, along with work, we are also asked to take part in fun activities. They are frequently planned. I get to know my team members better when I volunteer in activities. It is a different experience altogether. From quizzes to games, all activities are fun.

Having observed it for a while now, I'd say that Tjori is increadible. This company has given me a steep learning curve. There have been many opportunities, allowing me to take on challenging work. I am satisfied with all my responsibilties here. I've been exploring different aspects of my role. It has all been a superb experience.

Though the office is clean, pest control isn't done within the premises every month.
