With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! The company is open to innovation and development adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global clint background. As a result, I get to travel abroad especially to the US and Canada But on site travyis completely dependent on your project and clients location. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as i have to clint calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly different as i have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day with operations. Pitching for my company as a marketer gets tiring and the task is slightly.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
