No growth. Am in the same position since last 7 years. No other companies (contact lens or Spectacle lens) brand doesn't recruit us as having bond with Titan. Hence the same place. No weekly off on weekends (I guess most of the retail function in the same way). Mainly family like gets compromised a bit

I worked for 6-7 years in Titan Eye Plus as a franchise but never rolled over the company because the new people who joined were made to join the company which had good reach.

Everything is good . The work experience, store ambiance, store team and their trainings. We can learn and develop our skills.
