Likes

Teammates and Managers are helpful sometimes. Since we work on different unique projects we can learn more in terms of technology and how to handle different people including various teams and customers.

Job security - Excellent
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Since we work on individual projects based on the criticality the work load will be very high. Salary is not sufficient for the work content we do. Assembly engineers don't have career growth at all. You can be promoted to Team lead but the learning curve stays flat.

Work-life balance - Bad

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
