Not preferring for work Life balance. In Assembly Line people are forced to work more than 10 hours every day. No proper planning and execution of projects by the Top management if you are struggling in work , they will blame on you simply that you are a useless. Assembly line managers are simply harassing the downline people. They will not review project in every week . After assembly completion they will suddenly appear and starts blaming that this is not ok , not good but for correcting that we need to dismantle whole thing. Review from base step is required. Blaming and demotivating engineers is the hobby of assembly managers. They will not let you leave by end time their expectation is to work by 24hrs. If you are not able to complete task and seek for help , simply they will shout on the shopfloor infront of all peoples and will destroy your confidence .
