No patterns no readability no scalability just Messy codes you will see in the projects and code is like no one has to do only one person that guy is only know all, to get all credits. There is a dependency concept called here. Even if you ask doubt or taking inputs from senior or by your team they will say you are dependent you don't know nothing even for 3 years experience person.
