Company is no doubt good but local area managers are not good.There was no specific week off for me which I was supose to get.I didn't have proper duty roster,most of the day I had to travel from one place to another place.Every night I use to be in panic that I don't know where I am supose to go in morning for duty.Most of the day I got information about duty place at 8am where I was supose to join at 10am.Someday duty place changed while travelling so I had to change the route again.Overall the experience in Titan was pathetic.All the trouble I had I think aginst the company rules but it was sad that there was no one who can correct it....Read More

Work Details

My work routine was pathetic in Titan.There was no fixed week off,No duty roster,sometimes no off.Duty place use to changed while travelling to another place to report for duty which was informed at morning.Pathetic.
