Its a strange company , they hire random students & offer more salary than currently more experienced people who are working with them. No work life balance for sure , the amount of work we do is not monetarily recognized. I joined as a fresher and I was called to the office very late and made to work on things without proper training. They give importance to only some colleges and don’t train the other freshers very well. Many people don’t like working here as the management tries to promote and give importance to people from those specific colleges.
