At Tishman Speyer you have exposure to various fields in your functions but moderate support from Senior Management. Opportunities to utilise your skills and expertise is abundant. Need to see how things would sail in the coming years with new owners Shapoorji Pallonji coming in next few months. But wonderful place to work.

Dislikes

Any company - big or small without the presence of HR at site is painful since the right person to address employee issues, concerns is only HR and not the Head Property Management. Once people leave any pending issues of the Ex-employee is not taken care of. This is where he comes into picture. Here it is One Man Show.

Work Details

Was Head Security & Safety for the entire park and it's valuable and high profile tenants ranging from Dupont, DBS, TCS, Accenture, apple etc. Managing additional responsibility of Housekeeping department and Horticulture.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
