There is no support I worked for 4 years as contract employee in IT . They laid off all the contract employees out of all projects due to corona in the first 15 days of lockdown itself saying budget issues . This is because to show off a balance sheet in the profit target for the financial year 2019 to 2020 . Parent companies of contract employees gave 2 months time for getting another client but no one is in a situation to recruit Or give a job . Dislikes

Management is not in good shape due to 60% skill less labour’s and bad top level management heads. If you are a type of “yes sir ok sir” kind of person this company really works. Note in speaking only about IT department in Timken .

I worked as a senior analyst on SCCM And Also infrastructure planning and management person in client services team .
