Time Inc. was acquired by Meredith in 2018. Time Inc. doesn't exist anymore. It is now Meredith Incorporated. Time Inc. is a good work place. The work environment and culture is open and free without too many restrictions. Employees are provided free cab and food facility. Internet allowance is also provided (even before Work From Home due to Coronavirus began).

Dislikes

Time Inc. (now Meredith) is a media company with magazines being their primary source of revenue. Due to digitalization and Coronavirus, magazine business is badly affected and the company's financials are strained and looks uncertain in future.

Appraisal hikes have been decent. HR does a good job at providing/organizing training sessions.

Dislikes

Unprofessional setup; No vision from management. Company has got sold and current CEO/PRESIDENT has failed to instil confidence among the employees that the new owner will continue to send jobs to India.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
