Manageable workload, supportive seniors and Kind nature of CFO.

Dislikes

Office is 20 kms far from my society. 😔.... And traffic in peak times makes it troublesome to commute. Also commute is expensive these days when petrol is Rs. 100+ and CNG also Rs. 80+

The top management is headless chicken.. there is no transparency and no new ideas are invited or appreciated.

It's a babu company where radio is the most neglected wing. They are clearly strong and balanced with Aaj tak and headlines today but earlier as Oye fm and then as Ishq fm they have proved the imbalance especially after hiering the business head and the current mumbai programming head they have proved how they think. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
