I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Work pressure will not be. We need to work as per our JD and need to work properly ( no need to complete within a target) .

There is no benefits for employees. Food, transport nothing is there. No proper training. Work timing we cannot manage in this remote area. No safety and security for the employee job.
