It is the very bad experience in Tikona company. They are not providing the petrol allowances. Organisational culture is very wrost. TL and Manager are not compromise in my bad situation. They can't understand my hard situation. They not gives holiday in my emergency. They are always speak with other team members very rudely. Tikona company is very good, how many different products the company has,the company has IT product and Internet product and storage product which is very good.

The problem I have faced till now in Tikona company is that when my health got bad, cashless process was not done in the company, no charge was made in the hospital and salary also does not come on time, this is the shortcoming of the company

Tikona company has old wireless network start from more than 10 year but now fiber connectivity also available on some area it's beeg broadband connections
