Job is like to do 24*7 company don't need any ideas or suggestions they just want "HaamaL" . Don't have any professional timings even manager call at midnight.

Dislikes

Working hour, no work ethics , no respect, mangers talk in very rude manner.There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is poor no hike and also career growth is slow.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
