Very open and inclusive culture. Leadership encourages asking "tough questions". You're measured by the outcomes you deliver and the impact you create, not by your years of experience. Great engineering culture with strong focus on self development.

Dislikes

None but a word of caution - preserving the company culture at scale as the company is growing at a rapid pace.

As we are working fully remote, it is difficult to build rapport with the members of the team. TIDE needs to do something on this area(outings/gatherings) to build rapport amongst the team members.

Opinions are subjective, but I personally liked the culture at Tide. - Flexible working conditions (timings/WFH) - Annual learning budget - Friendly managers / co-workers - One-team across regions (no distinction based on locations. Treated in a fair manner across regions)

Dislikes

Annual hikes are on a lower side. However, it is worth noting that this is a startup and not a large sized organisation. So it is not practical to expect good hikes.
