I don't like anything from tide

Tide is waste platform and the Manager name Sravan and Harsha are. Making employee to work more and they didn't give salary.This is hourable waste of time.And it is fraud one.

Right now everything is bad in tide india, especially the kyc department and it's head , a sick man who has a problem with people being happy, this person first hired in bulk and now can't justify the hiring, forcing people to resign, they have created a disaster for everyone in the department and even making them work on public holidays.

New Age thinking and lots of programs and events for employees. Feeling of one team in the organisation. Polite and friendly behaviour at every level. Senior management is approachable. Great salary and perks. Leave policy is excellent

Upper management is obtuse to change. Culture although is average the projection of it is too high which is not the reality. Closed nityed senior management run the company based on their wins and fences rather than logic sometimes. A lot of influence by the UK team to drive everything in India although culturally not able to comprehend the needs of Indian employees.
