The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I like the way to get the things more regarding high quality products and has a global client base. Open to give the opportunity for all over india and abroad also. Fresh and open environment to move in the plant. Close to reach from home to office. Family culture in most of all the departments.

Dislikes

Do not expect for more increments. It depends on personal relationships mostly. No value for more work. Working hrs from 8:30 to 6:30, but no mean of it because it exists till 7 to 7:30 PM for leave the office on alternately or some time daily bases. Not quite efficient for personal growth. Politics remains on top in the company, sothe gentle and genuine peoples which are not so duplicative in nature can't survive....Read More
